We are upgrading!

RISCO Group is pleased to announce the upcoming upgrade of RISCO Cloud interface to version 5.2, planned for 18^th September 2019.

What is the purpose of this upgrade?

RISCO Cloud V5.2 will provide continuous improvement and upgrading to assure the Cloud servers’ stability and prepares for further features, services and users.

What do I need to do?

During the upgrade, panels will be disconnected and reconnected again in a timeframe of up to 15 minutes.
You may experience additional service interruption of up to two hours, in which access to the Installer Admin interface and end-users’ access to the Smart Phone app will not be available.
During the upgrade, reporting to monitoring stations will continue as usual (apart from a period when the panels are reconnected).
