The Maltese Consulate in Algiers

Alberta is proud to have carried out the Construction works at the Maltese Consulate in Algiers as a turnkey contract. Alberta was appointed to carry out the demolishing, excavation, construction and finishing of the complete consulate building including supply and laying of tiles, bathrooms and sanitary ware, plastering and painting, and all finishes including furniture. As part of the package, Alberta designed, supplied and installed all low and high voltage systems, including fire detection system, security systems, Intruder alarms, CCTV, Access control, networks, IP telephony, panic alarm systems, and all bullet proof protection for the building. We have also supplied and installed all security doors, timber doors, perimeter alarm, emergency lightning and air conditioning, ventilation and central heating system. The project was carried out in a record time and commissioned only after 3 months from award of contract.
