Refund and Returns Policy
As an e-commerce service provider, we want our customers to have a hassle-free shopping experience. Therefore, we have established the following Refund and Returns Policy to help our customers with any issues that may arise with their purchases:
Returns: We accept returns for products within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as it was received, and it must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
– Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
– All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
– The product should be returned in all its original packaging which includes the cardboard box and paper sleeve.
– To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sealed packages are processed as returns on the spot, while opened ones would require between 24 to 48 hours for an inspection to be carried out.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and test it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The processing time may vary, depending on your payment method and bank.
Delivery Costs: We do not refund delivery costs unless the item is defective or if there was an error on our part.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Terms and conditions apply.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is confirmed, we cannot cancel it unless it is received and returned to our offices.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Additional terms and conditions:
Delivery and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, VAT) are not refundable.
Our customers are responsible for and must prepay all delivery charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in delivery to Alberta premises. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing times which may be outside of our control. Please allow a maximum of 3 working days for Alberta to credit your account in the case of any refunds.
